In this 75th episode of Sportsy LetsAIMSports with Sid Deshmukh, we chat with India's Rio 2016 Olympic Racewalker, a proud GoSports Foundation athlete, Manish Singh Rawat.

Manish, who used to walk 7-8 km to go to his school developed liking for fast walking and running and his school PT teacher asked him to compete in race walking in school and he has never looked back since then. Manish competed in 20km racewalking event in Rio 2016 and finished 13th making him the only Olympic race walker from India.

Manish's exciting journey gets even exciting when him serving as a an inspector with Uttarakhand Police trained a kid to win Silver Medal at Youth Olympics in 2018. Manish spoke about the role played by GoSports Foundation in his sporting journey and he is grateful to be a GoSports athlete.
