This 57th episode of Sportsy LetsAIMSports with Sid Deshmukh features Captain of USA Cricket, who has been a former India U19 World Cup Team member, ex Mumbai Ranji Player, a left arm pace bowler, Saurabh Netravalkar.
Saurabh spoke to us about his interesting journey from Elf Academy at Oval Maidan to India U19 World Cup Team in 2010 to Mumbai Cricket Ranji debut. He spoke about his highs of playing for India U19 to play alongside Sachin Tendulkar, Zahir Khan, Ajit Agarkar and play under Wasim Jaffer for Mumbai to lows in the career and how he decided to take a break from cricket to pursue higher education in the US.
Saurabh was at his best discussing about how life gave him a second chance while he was doing his MS in the Cornell University in the US and he got to play for USA National team and from there to captaining USA National Team. Saurabh, a computer engineer with Oracle is a proud captain of diverse team USA and he spoke about his diversity is their strength.
